Job Title: State Authorization Compliance Specialist
Ensure that all three institutions and their programs are in compliance with applicable federal and state law and the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA). Responsibilities include: assisting with state authorization and exemption application forms, maintaining the state authorization web portal/database and website, communicating with campus points-of-contact regarding disclaimer language and changes in regulations, developing international compliance procedures and obtaining international authorizations, serving as a repository of expertise for programs leading to a professional license, compiling on-going reporting data to SARA, serving as a liaison between institutions and other entities, and supporting campuses in tracking activity to ensure compliance with the SARA and state and federal regulations.
- · Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- · Previous work experience within a higher education environment
- · At least one year of compliance work experience or demonstrable comparable skills
- · At least one year of database work experience or demonstrable comparable skills
