Job Title: End User Support Specialist II
 
Job Summary:
Work with an instructional technology team to support higher education faculty in the utilization of instructional technology.   Support consists of helping faculty with utilizing the LMS, QM, help design courses, create documentation, trouble and test software.  This position will also help manage the successful implementation of multiple projects.  
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
