My boisestate is telling me I have to update my password but won'tlet me log in to do it and the help desk is closed through the holidays. Very annoying. Any ideas?

This happened to me during Thanksgiving break, and I emailed Moodle Support. They got back to me the next day.
Just to clarify, when you update your moodle password, it wont update your boisestate password. Sometimes people get these guys confused so that might be your problem.
If you do need to update your boisestate password, there should be a walk through that asks for your student ID #, Social Security, Name and DoB. Just make sure the new password you submit hasn't been used in the past year and you'll be fine.
Please reboot your computer and try accessing your account via my.boisestate.edu continue changing your password from there. If this step does not work, please call next Tuesday early morning the HelpDesk at 208-426-4357
