Later this week the Office of Information will begin synchronizing student BroncoWeb and Google passwords.
Currently, a student’s Google password is used only to configure mobile devices (e.g., iPhone, Android, etc.) or other email clients to work with BroncoMail. The Google password is not the same as the BroncoMail/BroncoWeb password.
The upcoming password synchronization will change student’s Google passwords to match their current BroncoMail password. Once the synchronization occurs, students may need to re-enter their BroncoMail password on their mobile device or other email program to access their BroncoMail account.
Synchronization of BroncoWeb and Google passwords for students will occur on the following dates:
Students with BroncoWeb accounts starting with A - D 2/10
Students with BroncoWeb accounts starting with E - H 2/16
Students with BroncoWeb accounts starting with I - L 2/22
Students with BroncoWeb accounts starting with M - R 2/28
Students with BroncoWeb accounts starting with S - Z 3/04
Synchronization of passwords for employees will occur later in March; information about this will be sent in a few weeks.
