So Tech Services was able to fix the problem late last night but it looks like there are problems again. I emailed Tech Services around 5pm about the issue. I hope they will fix the issue tonight but it is likely that they won't get to it until tomorrow.

I just tried again to run the video (Wednesday October 10 615 pm West Coast Time) ... this is what I got

I get an error: "no video with supported format and MME type found"
It's been 8 weeks in this class and I've never had any problems opening the videos. I am using the same computer.
When I right click and select play video I get this error message:
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
Is anyone else having same problem? I've tried opening it in Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated! Thank you! Kim Hefty
