We would like about 15 more students for our Teacher Professional Development 4-week workshop on integrating Project Management in the curriculum. This workshop is scheduled to begin Monday, November 5, so time is of the essence!
I also wanted to emphasize that the number of hours per week you should plan for this workshop is about 7.5. So, for those of you who were concerned about time commitment, this is a very doable workshop to fit into your teaching schedule.
The workshop is free (funded by PMIEF), hosted on our Boise State Moodle portal, and should be of great value to anyone wanting to include more project-based learning in your classroom. Time commitment should be about 7.5 hours per week.
Patrick Lowenthal, from our EDTECH Department, will be the workshop facilitator, so you are guaranteed to have a great experience.
If you would like to register for this course, please complete this online form by Friday, November 2: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dHFNd3FfMmNzY2k3V3hod0ZiQlQySnc6MQ
Dear Dr. Schroeder,
do I have to be a teacher? I'm interested in taking the course, but I'm not a teacher. Thanks!
I have two teachers in my school that would like to do it. Can they just sign up? How would they sign up if they do not have Moodle access?
I am also interested to know if you need to be a K-12 teacher. I have taught in higher education, but I am not currently teaching. Would be very interested if these requirements meet the expectations.
