Next week, April 16 to 18 is the Annual TCC Online Conference. The student rate for the conference is $19! See http://www.tcconlineconference.org/
The Technology, Colleges and Community Worldwide Online Conference (TCC Online Conference) is a virtual, professional development event held annually online. This event enables faculty, staff, students and administrators in higher education worldwide to share their expertise and engage in discussions about innovations and practices related to the use of technology for teaching and learning.
TCC runs on a real-time schedule, with a starting date and a closing date. It also includes activities such as live presentations and discussion sessions that begin and end at set times throughout the day. The conference theme revolves around current trends and issues related to technology for teaching and learning.
I am excited to have been selected to be one of the three regional speakers.
Congrats on your presentation Jackie! TCC is one of my favorite online conferences. It's hard to believe that it is now in it's 18th year. Thanks for posting information about TCC so everyone has the information. I hope many people will attend this event.
In looking through the tentative program for TCC I see other familiar names listed. For example, John Thompson has a couple of sessions scheduled (Yay John!). For more information, check the tentative program schedule for Tuesday (April 16), Wednesday (April 17), and Thursday (April 18): https://tcc2013program.wikispaces.com/
This year, I will be presenting an online interactive workshop at TCC called "Curating and Creating Video on YouTube." This event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17 at 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time. See: https://tcc2013program.wikispaces.com/13005
