Does anyone have or know of a state technology plan that is exemplary or innovative? I am part of a team interested in updating the Wyoming Technology Plan (from 2004) and would love to find some great examples to consider in our revision process. If you have resources on this topic or exemplary tech plans in your state please share! Thanks!
I teach at a community college in Washington. The technology plan from our state board is kind of nice, because it has a single goal against which all actions can be measured: to mobilize technology to increase student success. There are supporting strategies and actions, of course, but it's nice to have an overarching, articulated purpose.
To be completely honest, I haven't read through the AZ state tech plan in detail, but I was on the comittee which wrote the tech plan for my school district last year. Our plan was based on the state plan requirements. So here is the link to the state plan and what we did as a district! Since ours was written last year, it is a little more up-to-date. Hope it helps!
Thank you for the resources everyone!
