I'm looking for recommendations of resources, strategies and best practices that you all may be using to assemble and/or manage creative or instructional design teams. I have regular opportunties where I work to bring together various work teams to accomplish some great short term and longer term projects, but I want to be strategic in who I choose to work with (when possible) and also how to initally set things up to manage these project teams effectively.
Any stories, examples, reading recommendations or successful strategies you have used, or seen used, would be appreciated. Also, things you would have done differently if you had only known..
