Changed Broncoweb Password-FireFTP does not work

Hi!

I just changed my Broncoweb password on January 21st and when I try to log in with my new password through FireFTP I get this message:

530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible

I haven't taken a course since last spring, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I might need you to email so we can trouble shoot this more.

Unfortunately the error codes aren't always helpful. 

Have you had an account in the past? 

If so, what is the URL to any files you have uploaded?
