According to OIT, there has been a policy change that will make “my.BoiseState” and “BSU emails” continue to be available to students after they graduate.

Please note that Edtech2 server and Moodle Access would be different:
The EdTech department deletes edtech2 accounts one year after a student graduates. However, students typically loose FTP to their account 30 days after graduation. Therefore, it is recommended that you download and archive a copy of your portfolio right after graduation.
The EdTech department archives Moodle courses data after every semester, therefore Moodle access would be granted by each Instructor if needed.
